Fitness First and S12 have developed a new music offering for 140 clubs. It includes various genres and is optimized by the Spotify algorithm from Soundtrack Your Brand (SYB). The music is adapted to the energy level of the members to create a motivating training environment. Johannes Maßen, Managing Director of Fitness First, emphasizes the importance of the cooperation for increasing training motivation.

Music provides dynamism and motivation
The music will now be played in 140 Fitness First clubs and the performance fitness provider ELBGYM, which is also part of the LifeFit Group, and is designed to create a dynamic and motivating training environment. The music on offer covers a wide range of genres, from rock to timeless hip-hop. Curated by the S12 editorial team, supported by artificial intelligence and supplemented by the Spotify playlists of the club employees, a unique playlist is created.
Swedish music software with Spotify algorithm
This is optimized by the algorithm of the Swedish music software Soundtrack Your Brand (SYB), which uses the same algorithm as Spotify. Thanks to SYB, Fitness First is now one of the few fitness providers in Germany that can legally use Spotify in public spaces. The music is adapted to the time of day depending on energy levels and speed to ensure optimal motivation for training at all times.
